Today we Chai and Chill

Happy glorious Friday to you all!

This week has been incredible and May is set out to be a strong, beautiful and yoga filled month. We kicked started the month with the first event- Chai and Chill.

A group of amazing people joined me at Pamban Cafe in Camden, some seasoned meditators and some completely new to it. We spoke about what meditation is, various meditation techniques and then discussed mindfulness. The event was polished off with mindful tea drinking!
